Team Building Courses
How much fun can your team handle?
This event is a teamwork challenge, ideal for corporate teambuilding and office groups, sailing
aboard the Marine Academy’s Southern Investigator, a 43 foot Beneteau, or the club’s 6 Elliott 7’s.
Each team member will find their niche – whether it is a physical or mental challenge!

Course Program
The session begins with a briefing then moves to the yacht where our experienced yacht master
will guide each member through a series of on-water exercises and challenges. A debriefing session
completes the day.

What to wear and bring
You will need to dress appropriately. Check the weather before you come and always bring more
warm clothing than you think you may need.
As a minimum the CYCSA Marine Academy recommends
• A waterproof jacket
• Sun protection including, hat, sunscreen and sunglasses
• Covered non-marking shoes
• Water bottle
• Any personal medication you may require
We supply all safety equipment and some wet weather gear.

Changing rooms
Changing rooms are located in the main Clubhouse foyer and include shower and toilet facilities,
as well as facilities for the disabled. In addition, there are toilet and shower facilities located in the
Kinnaird Room building
