2023 Australian Etchells Championships

The Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia (CYCSA) and the International Etchells Class Association of Australia extend to you a warm invitation to our Club at North Haven, sailing on the metropolitan waters of Gulf St Vincent.

The CYCSA offers first class facilities both on and off the water with marina facilities; berthing, slipping, launch, hardstand areas and dining facilities.

There will be some top talent coming across to compete in much-anticipated Australian Etchells Championships including: 
  • Current Australian Champion, Chris Hampton who looks to defend his title 
  • South Australian veteran and current Victorian State Champion, Robin Deussen
  • New South Wales State Champion, Peter Merrington
  • Previous World Champions, Martin Hill and John Bertrand
Also competing, a really strong and enthusiastic local fleet, so it’s shaping up to be an awesome regatta!

Logistics
The Club’s crane facilities will be used prior to the start of the regatta and at the end of the event. Additional haul-out arrangements at the series end will be arranged.

Secure trailer storage will be provided in the Club’s southern grassed boat park compound (refer to map on NOR).
Boats will be allocated berths in the Club’s eastern basin directly adjacent the Clubhouse and facilities.
