SAWKR

The 2023 South Australian Women’s Keelboat Regatta (SAWKR) will be held over three days 30 September–2 October 2023. The Regatta is hosted by the Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia (CYCSA) in partnership with Port Adelaide Sailing Club (PASC) and the Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron (RSAYS).
SAWKR is aimed at women currently participating in sailing, and looking to enjoy the company, competition and camaraderie of other female sailors.
Now is the time to get involved in this exciting event. Courses will be set in two locations, the stunning waters of Gulf St Vincent and also in the protected waters of the Port River.
Nominations are now open to boats, skippers and individual crew members. The program includes racing for keelboats (Division 1 and Division 2), trailerables and Elliott 7s.
SAWKR is made possible in large part by the City of Port Adelaide Enfield, our major sponsor with support from the Office of Recreation, Sport and Racing, and many other contributors.
Enquiries can be made with the CYCSA Racing Administrator, Inese Lainis 08 8248 4222 or by email [email protected] | follow us on social media @SAWKR2023
