The Cruising Yacht Club of SA hosts many events throughout the year, ranging from fun social gatherings to family events and fiercely competitive racing events and everything in between! Event dates are subject to change, please contact Reception for up-to-date information.

For Racing events please refer to the Racing Documents page for applicable Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions, or check in with the Race office for up-to-date information including any scheduling changes.

Club Function Booking / Refund Policy
Due to the cost of catering all bookings will be taken as confirmed 72 hours prior to a function and will be invoiced to members accounts accordingly. There will be NO REFUND for non attendance / bookings cancelled after this period.

CYCSA AGM + Volunteer of the Year Info

The CYCSA AGM will be held in Horizon’s Function Room at 7.30pm on WEDNESDAY 28 AUGUST 2019.
The Bistro will be open for those who wish to dine prior to the meeting from 5pm.
Notice Re Other Business:
In accordance with the Constitution of the CYCSA: Any ‘other business’ to be raised at the AGM needs to be in a written format (in the form of a written motion signed by the proposer and a seconder) and must be given to the Executive Officer before the 8 of July immediately preceding such meeting.
Volunteer of the Year
Nomination forms for the 2018-19 CYCSA Volunteer of the Year are now available.
Please help us acknowledge the valuable work of members who volunteer their time, dedication and expertise to make our Club a better place. The award is presented for outstanding voluntary contribution to the Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia by an individual who is a member of the CYCSA. If you are aware of a fellow member that you feel qualifies for this year’s award please complete the nomination form and forward it to the Executive Officer by the close of nominations at 5.00pm on Wednesday 24 July 2019.The Volunteer of the Year 2018-19 will be announced at the CYCSA AGM on Wednesday 28 August 2019 and the award will be presented during Opening Day presentations on Saturday 26 October 2019.
