Another great evening on the water, and fantastic to see our Elliotts back out among the fleet. After racing, back at the Club it was wonderful to celebrate a few birthdays. Happy Birthday to Greg, Jo, Bridgit and Scott 🎂 We hope you all had a fantastic evening both on and off the water.

Today's view 🚢
The first cruise ship of the season, the Crown Princess, visited Adelaide today, marking the start of the 2026/27 cruise season.

Fun Fact: The Crown Princess stretches an impressive 290 metres in length and can accommodate more than 3,000 guests, supported by a crew of around 1,200.

We hope all passengers enjoyed their stop in South Australia today.

The South Australian Women’s Keelboat Regatta was about so much more than racing. It was a weekend of opportunity, progression, connection and women supporting women.

Congratulations to the winners and to every team that took part.

A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers. From the race management team, the on-water and off-water support and everyone working behind the scenes, this event simply would not happen without your time, energy and dedication 👏

Thank you to the SAWKR committee, supporters, competitors and visitors for making the long weekend such a success. Here's to continuing to grow opportunities for women in sailing both on and off the water 🩵
