The Cruising Yacht Club of SA hosts many events throughout the year, ranging from fun social gatherings to family events and fiercely competitive racing events and everything in between! Event dates are subject to change, please contact Reception for up-to-date information.

Weekly Members Draw
 Join us every Thursday evening for your chance to win. Please note: On Public Holidays, the draw may take place earlier, or the Club may be closed. In such cases, the draw will resume the following week.)

Cruise Stansbury: ‘Sounds by the Sea’

Calling all boaties! Join us on the October long weekend – Cruise to Stansbury. All are welcome.

🎶 Sounds by the Sea — Saturday
We recommend bringing a portable chair. There will be plenty of food and drink options available. No BYO.
You can pre-purchase tickets using the link below or simply buy them on the day—no stress either way.
****  Please ensure your tender is compliant and you factor in an after dark return to your vessel ie white light! It’s highly likely that the boat ramp area will be policed.
⚓ Skippers’ update
The long-range forecast is looking ok. As always, passage planning and the decision to proceed remain each skipper’s responsibility.
Due to the number of vessels expected, please be prepared to anchor in the bay if necessary. The bay generally offers good holding, but we recommend letting out plenty of anchor chain and being mindful of other vessels and their swing room.
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone over there for a fantastic weekend!

As always: cruising is weather dependent and the decision to start or return remains with each Skipper. Please monitor forecasts in the lead-up to the event. Responsibility and liability remains with the Skipper of their vessel.

Club Function Booking / Refund Policy
Due to the cost of catering all bookings will be taken as confirmed 72 hours prior to a function and will be invoiced to members accounts accordingly. There will be NO REFUND for non attendance / bookings cancelled after this period.
