The Cruising Yacht Club of SA hosts many events throughout the year, ranging from fun social gatherings to family events and fiercely competitive racing events and everything in between! Event dates are subject to change, please contact Reception for up-to-date information.

Weekly Members Draw
 Join us every Thursday evening for your chance to win. Please note: On Public Holidays, the draw may take place earlier, or the Club may be closed. In such cases, the draw will resume the following week.)

We would like to personally invite and encourage you and your family and friends to be a part of your Club’s Opening Day

*The Member’s BBQ Area is the designated BYO area. However, if booked in this area, you are welcome to purchase food & drink at the Bar.


Highlights –

The biggest date on the Club calendar, our Opening Day will feature live entertainment as well as the annual Sail Past.

Sail Past Draw
‘Sail Past’ Draw – Members, we encourage you to participate in the annual Sail Past…. As an extra incentive, we have our ‘Sail Past Draw’ with great prizes on offer. Simply participate in the Sail Past to be in the draw for your chance to win!
1st Prize: $400 food & beverage voucher for Admirals Bistro
2nd Prize: $200 food & beverage voucher for Admirals Bistro
3rd Prize: $100 food & beverage voucher for Admirals Bistro

Schedule
9.00am – Gates open, Bar open for drinks, coffee and breakfast available.
12.00pm – Lunch available – check out our specials!
12.45pm-2.45pm – Live music in the patio with Juliet Oliver
1.00pm – Official Sail Past commences
2.45pm – Bag piper signals for presentations
3.00pm – Presentation and Official Opening of the Season
All members & their guests are asked to join us by 3pm in Horizons Function Room
4.00pm – Live Entertainment in the patio with band Pina & Co.

Hard stand members – we encourage you to join in the sail past! The Club is offering you a  complimentary berth overnight at Marina West. To book a berth please contact Berthing on 8248 4222 or email [here]

Club Function Booking / Refund Policy
Due to the cost of catering all bookings will be taken as confirmed 72 hours prior to a function and will be invoiced to members accounts accordingly. There will be NO REFUND for non attendance / bookings cancelled after this period.
