CYCSA AGM

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the CYCSA is scheduled to be held in the Horizon’s Function Room commencing at 7.00pm on Thursday 17 September 2026.

Please be advised that in accordance with the CYCSA Constitution (item 22.2.6) any other business to be raised at the Annual General Meeting of the Cruising Yacht Club of SA shall be given in writing and signed by at least two Senior Members to the General Manager before the 20 day of August 2026.

Please note that the Constitution of the CYCSA requires that all Board Member nominations are to be received by the General Manager by 5pm on the 20 day of August 2026.
All nominated candidates are to be fully paid-up Senior Members.

Volunteer of the Year Nominations
Each year the Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia acknowledges the valuable work of members that volunteer their time, dedication and expertise to make our Club a better place. Nomination forms for the 2025-2026 Volunteer of the Year are out now.

The award is presented for outstanding voluntary contribution to the Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia by an individual who is a member of the CYCSA.

If you are aware of a fellow member that you feel qualifies for this years award please complete the nomination form and return it by the close of nominations on the 21st August 2025.

Club Function Booking / Refund Policy
Due to the cost of catering all bookings will be taken as confirmed 72 hours prior to a function and will be invoiced to members accounts accordingly. There will be NO REFUND for non attendance / bookings cancelled after this period.
