Open for Business
As we continue to navigate through the unprecedented challenges posed by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we wanted to let you know we are still open for business and committed to supporting all our Members and staff.
We would like to reassure you that we are closely monitoring official updates provided by the Australian Government and will be regularly introducing new measures to abide by social distancing and additional hygiene requirements throughout the Club.
We ask that you please be aware of your own health, and respect the health of others by:
- staying at home or seeking medical advice if you feel unwell
- washing your hands frequently and thoroughly
- practicing social distancing of 1.5m

Dining at the Club
As instructed by the Government; Registered Clubs are to be closed indefinitely from midday 23 March 2020. Therefore, there is no longer access to the licensed premises, Bar & Bistro as all on-site food and beverage operations will cease. Thank you for your on-going support and understanding. We will continue to keep you updated.
We are taking additional precautions and have increased the regularity of cleaning public use areas such as bathrooms, door handles, table-tops and chairs. Cleaning rosters are in place for all key areas. Subject to supplies we will have hand sanitisers, tissues and bins available for patrons use. We also encourage no unnecessary physical contact including shaking hands.
Our office remains open, but we ask that in the spirit of social distancing all enquiries are done by ringing us on 8248 4222 or emailing email@example.com
If for some reason we are unable to answer immediately please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Until further notice we have closed the Members Lounge and Kinnaird Room to enable us to focus our cleaning efforts on the main Club facility.

- All Club social events
- Members Draw #52 sits at $1500 – placed on hold. We will keep members up to date on all developments and reinstatement of the Members Draw.
Easter Cruising to Port Vincent
We respectfully request that visiting Members (excluding Pt Vincent berth owners) please refrain from traveling to Port Vincent over the Easter period to ease congestion and comply with the Government’s recommendations regarding social distancing. Thank you for your cooperation.
To reduce the risk of Coronavirus virus spreading, we are keeping up to date with the latest recommendations & restrictions for indoor and outdoor gatherings as advised by the Australian Department of Health. However, social distancing and good hygiene practices should be applied in these settings by all visitors to the Club.
Both Mariners & Horizons are still available to book. Private events on a modest scale will be permitted to go ahead subject to prevailing Government guidelines and the host notifying the guests of the health-related protocols. The hosts of all existing booked events are currently being contacted to discuss alternative measures.
We will continue to provide you with information and updates as they come to hand, and we thank you for your ongoing support and understanding in these difficult times. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your cooperation.
