Setup Day for 2012

Scheduled for Saturday 11 February at CYCSA BBQ area
11.00am – 1.30pm

Due to the large number of people we expect to attend crabbing day (spaces filling fast) we are hoping on a good turnout of volunteers to help on Saturday 12th to setup, cookers, washers, chairs tables, etc.

We will also be looking for volunteers to help on the Sunday crabbing day itself and hope to use the Saturday to confirm these volunteers and their roles.

There is much to do and the FAC hope that all CYCSA and FA members and supporters will come out to ensure a smooth and enjoyable Sunday for our guests - so please come and volunteer.

Free drinks provided on the Saturday setup day - beer, softies.
